Front Desk Receptionist Location:

Onsite in San Francisco Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Pay Range:

$23-$26/hour Type:

Contract-to-hire

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing the front desk area, handling calls, greeting guests, and supporting general office tasks.

Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors professionally and warmly

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and reception area

Receive, sort, scan, and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations

Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

Support other departments with clerical and customer service tasks

Uphold company security by following safety procedures and controlling access

Serve as point of contact for outside vendors and accounts

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred

Previous experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Slack, Envoy, Coupa

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
