We are seeking a skilled Optometrist to join our team in Charlotte. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional eye care services and enhancing the visual health of our patients. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing personalized and comprehensive eye care. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and ocular health. * Diagnose and manage various eye conditions and diseases. * Provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. * Educate patients on proper eye care practices and preventive measures. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. * Stay updated with advancements in optometry and participate in continuous education. * Foster a welcoming environment for patients, ensuring excellent customer service. * *Qualifications* * Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state licensure to practice optometry. * Excellent patient care skills with a focus on individualized treatment. * Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems is preferred. * Good understanding of medical terminology and coding is advantageous. * Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
