Overview The Corporate Manager – Operations Strategy and Innovation will work on high priority COO initiatives by collaborating with senior operating leaders of DaVita Healthcare Partners. Topics will likely include operationalizing growth strategies across Kidney Care, International, Healthcare Partners and DaVita Strategic Business Units; large‑scale operating model changes; integrated care business model development; introduction and incubation of disruptive medical technologies; commercializing a portfolio of assets; and business‑unit‑specific operations strategy.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate first‑principles thinking in analyzing problems and engaging with teammates.
Leverage a hypotheses‑based approach to identify, validate and quantify opportunities.
Develop and improve credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks.
Leverage continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six‑Sigma, PDCA) to structure and incubate improvement opportunities.
Build complex models and conduct financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics.
Convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis; build appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentation decks.
Present comfortably and compellingly to senior audiences.
Work closely with teammates in the clinics and develop long‑standing relationships with operators and clinicians.
Require 10%–25% travel.
Qualifications
4–6 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking, or a corporate strategy role.
Experience supporting large‑scale business transformation teams with tangible impact on operating/financial performance.
Healthcare background preferred.

Additional Information Salary Range: $82,800.00 – $121,600.00 per year. Compensation will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
