Sign‑on bonus: $10,000
Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 plus up to $12,000 annual performance incentives

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based services.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide family and caregiver training and support to promote lasting change.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to integrate holistic care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for working with children and families affected by autism.
Professional Development
Mentorship program for new and early‑career BCBAs.
Coaching from experienced BCBAs and clinical leadership.
