Event Sales Manager
Full Time
Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually
TERI Inc. is seeking an energetic, strategic Event Sales Manager to elevate our Campus of Life venue and deliver unforgettable experiences for our clients and community.
Responsibilities
Track and report event performance, seeking new ways to improve.
Monitor event financials and recommend actionable improvements.
Oversee event process from inquiry to contract and post‑event follow‑up for excellent client experience.
Lead Banquet Event Order meetings, review event details, and ensure execution.
Host onsite clients, oversee setup, and coach event operations team.
Conduct market analysis and build strategies to grow event sales.
Build relationships with donors, partners, and internal teams to maximize venue impact.
Lead daily team operations, focusing on strategic goals and problem‑solving.
Excel in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, juggling multiple priorities.
Collaborate with senior leadership on marketing and budgets.
Create sales campaigns that build guest relationships and repeat business.
Forecast revenue, maintain sales pipelines, and report performance.
Establish training and SOPs for Private Events Department.
Partner with culinary team for menu updates and staff training.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years’ experience in event sales, hospitality, or venue operations.
Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets (minimum of $500,000 in annual revenue).
High‑level organizational and multitasking skills.
Comfortable leading meetings and presentations.
