Mechanical Engineer – CCI Facility Support Services, LLC
Location: Picatinny Arsenal, NJ (Onsite)
Annual Salary: $90,000 – $125,000

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create and interpret component and assembly drawings using CREO or equivalent CAD software.
Apply GD&T and kinematic analysis in the development of mechanical systems.
Conduct structural analysis using ANSYS and other related FEA tools.
Work closely with electrical engineers to integrate and assemble electrical circuits and components.
Manage and oversee engineering programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Present technical data and project updates to internal teams and external customers.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent field of study.
Minimum of 3 years engineering experience in a manufacturing background.
US Citizenship required.
Ability to pass background checks and gain access to customer facilities.
Up to 25% travel within the U.S. and Canada.
Proficiency in CREO or equivalent CAD software.
Strong knowledge and understanding of standard drawing practices.
Ability to read, interpret, and create complex component and assembly drawings.
Competency in kinematic analysis and GD&T.
Program management experience and strong presentation/communication skills.
Experience with ANSYS or equivalent structural analysis software.
Understanding of electrical circuits, components, and integration into mechanical systems.
Knowledge of aerodynamics and its application to mechanical design.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the aerospace or defense industries.
Knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes and techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex engineering challenges.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and a solid understanding of FEA.
