Overview CTG is seeking to fill a Product Owner position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Duration: 12 months

Duties Lead the vision and strategy for innovative, data-driven products that leverage ML and AI to deliver personalized experiences.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders—to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery.

Drive large‑scale and PI planning, annual planning, and sprint execution within an Agile environment.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that inform product decisions.

Communicate a compelling product narrative to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.

Continuously monitor product performance, optimize features, and prioritize initiatives to maximize business impact.

Skills Strong hands‑on experience with data‑driven products and a solid understanding of ML principles, model lifecycle, and predictive analytics.

Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, recommendation systems, and real‑time personalization engines.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Tableau / PowerBI; basic Python knowledge a plus.

Familiarity with ML tools such as ML Studio, Copilot, GitHub, and Elasticsearch.

Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and communicate clearly across diverse audiences.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams.

Experience 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in travel, financial services, or lifestyle‑oriented platforms.

Proven track record of leading complex, transformational initiatives across multiple teams and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required. Advanced degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
