CBG Licensed Behavioral Analysis PLLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated BCBA to join our growing team. Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, functional behavior assessments) Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians Monitor and review client progress, adjust goals and programs as needed Provide parent training and support Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation requirements Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required) Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field At least 1 year of experience in ABA preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Comfortable working in home, school, and/or community settings We Offer
