Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Probate Litigation Associate Attorney located in Sugar Land, TX. We are looking for a junior associate with 2-4 years of experience. As a Probate Litigation Associate Attorney, you will handle all phases of probate litigation, from initial consultation through trial and appeal. Daily tasks will include drafting motions, managing court appearances, conducting depositions, and participating in mediations and trials. You will also collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admission to the Texas State Bar (or pending admission expected) Prior experience with motion practice, discovery as a clerk is a plus Prior experience with probate and guardianship work is a plus
