What You’ll Need
5+ years of immigration law experience
Demonstrated work in USCIS adjudications and EOIR court proceedings
JD and a current U.S. bar license required
Prior experience managing attorneys or legal staff
Bonus Points
Board‑certified in Immigration Law
Bilingual in English and Spanish
