The Role Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management and planning, the project team, and line management. Reviews project status and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Program Office Support: responsible for providing support for Standard Technical Instructions across submarine platform, subcontractor invoices, cost allocation sheets, SAP data analysis, and database entry for management purposes.

Must Have

Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of relevant exempt experience.

Equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree: (choose one)

NNS Apprentice School graduate

Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate

Associate’s Degree or other formal 2‑year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience, or 4 years of relevant non‑exempt experience

Military Paygrade E‑5 or above military experience

High School/GED and 4 years combined experience in Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military, or other relevant exempt experience

High School/GED and 8 years combined experience in Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military, or other relevant non‑exempt experience

Nice to Have

Working knowledge of accounting practices related to contracts, contract funding, and accounts payable.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
