Responsibilities
Assemble, modify, test, and document cable harnesses and test setups.
Perform soldering and PCBA rework (wires from 00 AWG to 35 AWG, SMD chips 0201+, ICs such as QFN and BGA).
Provide test support, including preparation, execution, data collection, and documentation.
Assist with inventory management of equipment and consumables, including ordering parts and supplies.
Maintain a safe, organized lab environment and contribute to continuous lab improvements.
Requirements
Experience assembling, inspecting, debugging, testing, and repairing PCBAs and cable harnesses.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit board files, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
Proficiency with EE lab equipment such as soldering irons, DMMs, power supplies, oscilloscopes, etc.
Familiarity with hardware tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, torque drivers, calipers, and power drills.
Associate degree or higher in electrical, electronics, or mechanical technology (or equivalent).
