The Role The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across multiple dining outlets. What They Are Looking For:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high‑volume, multi‑outlet food service operation
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and develop a diverse culinary team
Expertise in menu creation, recipe development, and maintaining consistent quality across multiple outlets
Deep understanding of food safety, labor management, and cost controls
