The resort’s signature restaurant is a beacon of coastal sophistication, blending locally sourced ingredients with globally inspired techniques to create unforgettable moments for discerning guests. We are seeking a visionary Executive Sous Chef who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about leading with creativity, precision, and purpose. Key Responsibilities

Lead daily kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency and excellence in execution. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal menus that reflect the bounty of Southern California’s coastal and inland farms. Mentor and inspire a diverse culinary brigade, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and passion. Uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Partner with procurement and F&B leadership to manage inventory, control costs, and maintain vendor relationships. Represent the culinary team in guest interactions, special events, and media opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments. Proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens while maintaining exceptional quality. Deep knowledge of contemporary culinary trends, sustainability practices, and global cuisines.
