Capital Raising / Asset Raising Executive
to strengthen their investor base and lead on fund‑raising initiatives. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for raising assets across multiple venture strategies, with a focus on sourcing, engaging, and securing commitments from institutional investors, family offices, and HNWIs. The role will suit someone who has a proven track record of raising capital for venture, private equity, or alternative investment vehicles, ideally with experience spanning pre‑seed through to IPO. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute fundraising initiatives for new and existing funds. Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and private wealth channels. Collaborate closely with senior partners and investment teams to articulate fund strategy, performance, and value proposition. Prepare investor materials, presentations, and due diligence documentation. Represent the fund at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows. Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and fundraising progress. Candidate Profile
Minimum 7 years’ experience in capital raising, investor relations, or business development within venture capital, private equity, or investment banking. Demonstrable success raising capital from LPs, family offices, or institutional investors. Strong existing investor network and the credibility to open new channels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and commercially astute. Comfortable operating autonomously within a lean, fast‑paced environment.
