What you’ll do
Set up, adjust, and operate CNC milling machines independently.
Own both 3‑axis and 5‑axis operations from setup through first‑article.
Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to meet tight tolerances using GD&T.
Select tools, set offsets, verify programs, and perform edits on the control.
Troubleshoot quality and process issues and perform basic machine repairs.
Support manual machining tasks as needed to finish or fixture parts.
Meet deadlines and communicate impacts to the broader business.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of CNC machine experience (Required).
2+ years operating CNC milling machines (Required).
Hands‑on capability with 3‑axis and 5‑axis machining (Required).
Experience with Fidia C20, TPI 2000, Fanuc OiMD, Siemens, and Fadal machines (Required).
Strong math, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
Previous Aerospace industry experience is a plus.
