We are currently looking for a
Channel Solution Architect
in
EMEA . We are seeking a technically adept architect to drive partner enablement and revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role you will serve as the technical backbone for cloud service providers, resellers, systems integrators, and managed service providers, enabling them to architect, deploy, and deliver solutions effectively. You will design joint solutions, provide pre‑sales technical support, and guide partners through proof‑of‑value projects while aligning technical strategies with business outcomes. The position combines deep systems knowledge with partner engagement, allowing you to influence complex technical deployments across multiple regions.
Remote work flexibility is offered while maintaining strong engagement with partners across EMEA.
Accountabilities
Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, including workshops, webinars, and hands‑on labs, ensuring partners understand how to position and deploy solutions
Collaborate with partners to design joint solutions and reference architectures that integrate cloud technologies into broader partner offerings
Provide pre‑sales support by participating in customer calls, delivering product demonstrations, assisting in technical qualification, and guiding POCs and pilot deployments
Serve as the go‑to technical advisor for partner teams, helping them navigate complex customer environments and ensure successful deployments
Work closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align partner activities with regional goals and support co‑selling strategies
Gather feedback from partners and the field to inform product development, roadmap decisions, and competitive positioning
Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and technical forums, contributing to thought leadership through whitepapers, blog posts, or presentations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in technical partner enablement, pre‑sales, or solutions architect roles within EMEA
Strong understanding of systems fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, storage, cryptography, and automation/scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including compute, storage, and networking components. Cloud certifications are a plus
Familiarity with enterprise partner ecosystems, channel sales motions, and go‑to‑market strategies
Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Proven ability to collaborate across internal and external teams and influence technical outcomes
Self‑starter capable of operating independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Bonus Skills
Experience with VARs, MSPs, cloud resellers, or systems integrators
Knowledge of infrastructure software, cloud storage, or performance‑sensitive workloads
Familiarity with hybrid or multi‑cloud architecture strategies
