Description We are developing the future of Army Aviation with the Bell Future Long‑Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) as part of the U.S. Army’s Future Vertical Lift program. You will help build next‑generation tilt‑rotor platforms such as the Bell 525 Relentless and the next‑gen High‑Speed Vertical Take‑Off and Landing (HSVTOL) system. This position is located on site in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities

Be on the Material Review Board for Airframe to evaluate and appropriately disposition nonconforming material, in accordance with all Bell MRB policies and procedures.

Review and approve fabrication planning and provide dispositions for items designated as Controlled Items (Primary, Critical & Flight Safety Parts) and Critical Safety Items.

Facilitate communication among Engineering, Quality, Materials, Manufacturing & Suppliers concerning repair schemes, root‑cause corrective actions and other engineering‑related production issues.

Support Root Cause/Corrective Action activity, including investigation of defective, damaged, nonconforming or malfunctioning parts, assemblies, systems or equipment, and participate in related BELL ENOVIA Issue, Engineering Change (ECR/ECO) and Variance (VAR/LPV) processes.

Skills You Bring To This Role

High proficiency with CAD digital product definition (DPD) data.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

In‑depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (ASME 14.5‑1994).

Ability to work effectively with manufacturing, procurement, quality and design personnel in a diverse manufacturing/assembly or flight‑test environment.

What You Need To Be Successful

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; preferred majors: Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautics, Civil, Structural.

At least 5 years of direct Material Review Board Engineering experience.
