Superintendent
to join their team. The firm is known for its quality craftsmanship, repeat business, and tight-knit culture that values both clients and field teams.
Position Overview The
Superintendent
will oversee all field operations for
commercial interior and light industrial finish-out projects , ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings strong
interiors experience
(office, tenant improvement, retail, or finish-outs) and a track record of managing active job sites with multiple trades.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily on-site operations and field personnel for multiple interior construction projects
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and suppliers
Enforce all safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on job sites
Communicate project progress, issues, and needs with the Project Manager and clients
Review drawings and specs; anticipate conflicts and proactively resolve field issues
Maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction
Lead onsite meetings, track schedules, and verify materials and deliveries
Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining jobsite cleanliness and organization
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in
commercial interiors or finish-out construction
Strong field management and coordination skills
Experience with MEP coordination, finish sequencing, and high‑end interiors
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and manage schedules
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar field‑management tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
