Job Description We are a group of Electrical Engineers and System Integrators that specialise in the design and implementation of industrial control systems. We are unique from a standard software engineering role in that you will be working on real‑life processes that monitor and control industrial systems. This includes time outside the office on‑site assisting in start‑ups and bringing these systems to life. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to become an integral part of our team. These positions require good communication skills and the ability to work without constant oversight.

Qualifications

Education : BS in Electrical Engineering. Relevant experience or other associate or degree programs are considered.

Electrical Engineer Experience : Previous experience in Electrical Engineering, motor controls, control schematics, lighting design, network design, specifications and backup power. Knowledge of NFPA 70 and NFPA 820.

4‑year degree in Electrical Engineering required . PE not required but encouraged. Candidate should be willing to pursue a PE license.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication skills (e.g., negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy) to build strong relationships. Capable of working efficiently with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking

skills. Strong attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication

skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.

Quantitative skills

(e.g., analytical, technical, problem solving).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office .

Attitude : Must have a positive, can‑do attitude that embraces challenges and opportunities.

Work Ethic : Committed to work hard and smart as a team player.
