As a Sales Consultant, you will use a customer‑relationship based sales process to provide a 5‑star experience. Our process includes pre‑screened qualified appointments and the chance to earn double commissions on self‑generated leads. We also leverage AI tools to improve customer experience and provide accurate exterior measurements.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide training to help you succeed.

What We Offer

Paid training to learn our process, product knowledge, and get hands‑on experience before running appointments independently.

Average first‑year earnings of $80k–$150k.

Top performers earn up to $300k+.

Pre‑qualified appointments with commission starting at 15%.

Double commission opportunities on self‑generated leads.

Ability to sell all of our products (windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection, and bath/shower).

Weekly pay via direct deposit on Fridays.

Appointment times vary, providing flexibility in your daily routine.

Work alongside five lenders to meet any financing needs.

Use AI tools for an easier sales demonstration while giving a 5‑star customer experience.

Opportunities for rapid internal advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Run 1–2 appointments per day (with potential for more) within a 60‑mile radius of the Sioux Falls, SD office.

Educate customers on our quality products and services at their homes.

Use AI tools to provide accurate exterior measurements and an interactive visual tool, giving customers a better understanding and peace of mind.

Provide a quote within the customer’s budget and initiate the financial assistance process if needed.

Close sales at an average rate of 30% or more, delivering a 5‑star shop‑at‑home experience.

What We Are Looking For

Strong customer service and/or sales experience.

Self‑motivated 1099 subcontractors who can provide their own vehicle and iPad.

A strong work ethic and drive to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

An entrepreneurial mindset to control your own earnings.

Reliable transportation and an iPad.

Compensation Details Annual salary range: $80,000–$150,000.
