Responsibilities
Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system (PN3) and distribute to the appropriate personnel for account coding and approval.
Monitor AP email account daily to ensure all invoices are entered into the accounts payable system.
Process weekly check runs and ensure the checks are mailed on a timely basis.
Maintain vendor files (create and update files as needed).
Monitor monthly statement for missing receipts.
Process and ensure payment of recurring utility bills.
Receive and distribute incoming accounting mail.
Maintain Client Financial files.
Serve as a backup for other accounting clerks, providing support during absences or high-volume periods.
Qualifications Required
18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
Experience in accounts payable preferred.
Reliable transportation
Able to work in the US and not require Visa Sponsorship now or in the future
