Our primary mission is to enable individuals on the Autism Spectrum to lead healthy and independent lives. Our qualified and professional team of BCBAs and RBTs use their years of expertise to develop comprehensive ABA behavior treatment plans, improving social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral aspects of each individual client. We aim to change as many lives as possible, with no limits on age, location, income, or level of disability.

Competitive compensation range ($80,000 - $95,000)
Monthly bonus potential up to $12,000 annually
Low billable hour requirement of 25 per week

As a BCBA at Connect n Care ABA, you will:
Conduct functional and skill‑based assessments including Vineland, VB‑MAPP, AFLS, etc.
Customize treatment plans to address the child's deficits based on assessment results
Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
Directly supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians
Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills
Collaborate with peers, leaders, and other team members
Qualifications
Current certification as a Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum 2 years experience working with the ASD population
At least 1 year of home‑based ABA experience highly preferred
Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
Experience with assessment tools including Vineland, VB‑MAPP, and AFLS
Strong leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
