Producing Sales Manager (PSM) Locations: Laguna Niguel, California – Scottsdale, AZ
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations
Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Manage 6–8+ SLOs while producing personally. Focus on helping LOs
structure and close Non-QM files , ensure high conversion, and coach ISAs and LOs on
consultative sales strategies for investors and self-employed borrowers .

Compensation
$70,000 to $300,000
