Location: Manchester, NH
Manchester’s historic mill yard, our 30,000 square foot office space sits perched on the 5th floor of the original Amory Mill and is the home of our company’s headquarters. Remnants of the historic charm remain in various locations throughout the mill, while our space has been redesigned with modern lines and architectural accents.
Job Responsibilities
Identify, secure, and manage funding opportunities that support the firm's public facility and public infrastructure projects from water quality, to ground transportation, and aviation services
Leverage your professional knowledge of funding entities to build implementation funding stacks with support from technical teams
Develop and market funding strategies to communities and non-profits to deliver high-impact projects
Identify and evaluate federal, state, and local funding opportunities that are applied to facility and infrastructure projects including grants, low-interest loans, tax credits, and public-private partnerships
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current funding programs relevant to infrastructure projects (ex. CWSRF, DWSRF, USDARD, EDA, NBRC, FEMA, DOT)
May serve as liaison between clients, technical team, regulatory agencies, and funding entities
Track awarded funding, manage fund disbursement, meet reporting deadlines, and ensure ongoing compliance with grant and other funding program conditions
Provide updates to Division Manager as needed on funding trends, success metrics, and market disruptions
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Administration, Finance, Business or related field
15+ years of relevant experience in funding coordination or grant writing with preferred established relationships with key funding agencies
Salary is contingent on experience
