Job Description Actalent is seeking a talented and motivated Residential CAD Designer to join our dynamic, design-driven architectural firm. We specialize in high‑end custom residential projects and are looking for a professional who can bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our growing team.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and documentation of custom residential projects from concept through construction.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Translate client visions into thoughtful, buildable architecture.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision and care.
Contribute to a studio culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Essential Skills
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience in custom residential architecture.
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Work Environment Enjoy a supportive, creative studio environment with opportunities to shape meaningful residential architecture. Pay And Benefits Pay range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
