POSITION: Supply Chain Manager
FULLTIME: Permanent position
LOCATION: Pacoima, CA
PAY RANGE: $90,000 - $110,000 a year

THE ROLE We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our aerospace customers while optimizing costs and maintaining strong vendor and client relationships.
You will be responsible for purchasing, production planning, customer service, and logistics, acting as a hands‑on leader who drives efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PURCHASING & PROCUREMENT
Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and shipping supplies
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers for cost savings
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and conduct performance audits
PRODUCTION PLANNING
Create and implement production schedules to meet demand
Collaborate with production and QA teams for smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and minimize shortages, waste, or overstock
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Partner with sales to ensure client needs are met
Serve as escalation point for order, delivery, and quality issues
Maintain proactive communication to achieve high customer satisfaction
SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Oversee inbound/outbound shipping operations, including hazardous materials handling
Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations
Optimize shipping routes and carrier performance for cost efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
2–4 years of supply chain experience, preferably in aerospace, chemicals, or manufacturing
Proven background in procurement, logistics, production planning, and supplier management
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Familiarity with aerospace industry standards (AS9100, Nadcap) preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Must meet ITAR requirements
