What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality by building, testing, and maintaining features according to specifications

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance

Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues

Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across teams

Participate in skill development and competency growth in technical design and system enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues

Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders

Proven skills in technical documentation and process improvement

Willingness to travel as required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with Epic Inpatient Orders or similar healthcare technology systems

Familiarity with project implementation processes in healthcare settings

Background in system design or analysis
