Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from initiation to completion.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Communicating effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.
Managing risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
Monitoring project progress and preparing detailed reports for leadership.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
