Your Role And Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to understand their needs, promoting their understanding of ABB Marine & Ports products/systems/services offering, and aligning with them to provide a solution. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated area. Creating added value for the client and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques. Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating value proposition to clients. Designing offers, pricing, contract performance in coordination with bid and proposal team. Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Everyone brings something unique, and together we push ideas forward to solve real problems. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or engineering with strong business acumen. 5-10 years of experience in sales management / pricing / bid management / contract management preferably from maritime industry. Hands‑on with complex B2B contracts, track record in negotiations and risk management. Ambitious mindset and have a strong positive attitude. You have a “nose” for identifying opportunities and are a clear and structured communicator. What’s in it for you?
