Your Role And Responsibilities

Planning and implement sales strategies of MO motors, defining sales initiatives and action plans based on market environment of specific region, effectively organize regional resources, and lead team to achieve sales budgets and business goals

Establishing proper sales targets and KPIs and ensuring sales performance by regularly monitoring and developing and implementing required improvement plans

Leading the team to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, gain a deep understanding of customer needs from the perspective of industry and application. Coordinate with backend support and product teams to explore customer value, achieve value-based selling and drive business growth.

Organizing team for fully regional coverage, continuously developing new customers, increasing the quantity of customers and base order.

Qualifications For The Role

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields).

Minimum of 5 years in sales, with 3 or more years in a management role preferred.

Familiar with motors or rotating equipments industry, understanding of industrial sales models and distribution business models, and a basic comprehension of motor service business.

Previous experience in technical support related to the motor industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities, able to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

Strong focus on achieving outcomes, able to manage and deliver expected results.

Bright personality and stable, can work under pressure, willing to communicate with customers, can adapt to frequent travel.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new, challenging situations.

Proficient in computer skill, especially in MS office, Power BI, Sales force etc.

English CET-4 or above.
