Of Counsel/Senior Associate - Civil Litigation Defense (Mostly Remote) Prominent national law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising junior associates and have 6+ years litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction, NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, Tort, Transportation, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Employment. Prior experience with NY Labor Law is preferred.

You’ll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).

Option to work mostly remote! (1 DAY IN OFFICE A MONTH). Office is located within walking distance from Grand Central Station.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor junior associates

Handle cases from inception to conclusion

Take and defend depositions

Court appearances

Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

JD

6+ years of litigation experience

Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.

NJ, PA or CT bar admission a plus!

$160,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Base salary range 160k-175k (DOE) + Generous Bonuses & Full Benefits Package + Mostly Remote or Hybrid
