Tracksmith is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager as a central and essential part of our Marketing team. Working directly with the CMO and other leaders across Creative, ECom, Retail, Experience, you’ll be the missing piece that helps guide and deliver our brand standards. Your mastery of marketing fundamentals will add huge value as you optimize across multiple teams, channels, calendars, and timelines, leveraging technology, process, and project management to ensure we hit our targets on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Marketing Systems & Process: Lead the implementation and optimization of technology platforms, meeting cadence, and project process; streamline workflows, SOPs, and ensure efficient delivery of campaigns across the organization.
Project Management: Oversee and manage projects, hitting timelines and goals for the company.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work upstream with Product, Operations, and Finance teams to align marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
4+ years of related experience and strong understanding of marketing principles, including various marketing channels, strategies, and tactics.
Proficiency in marketing technologies, marketing automation and other tools.
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively across a range of departments and personalities.
Leadership and team management skills – lead and motivate teams, delegate, negotiate, and provide guidance.
Strategic thinking and planning abilities; contribution to and implementation of effective marketing strategies.
Salary The annual salary for this role is expected to be between $60,000 and $90,000, depending on a combination of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and industry knowledge.
