Design, develop, and implement
Agentforce and Omni-Channel
solutions to enhance agent productivity and routing efficiency. Build and optimize
Salesforce Flows
and
Flow Orchestrations
for automation across sales, service, and support processes. Integrate
Salesforce Data Cloud
to unify and activate customer data across multiple systems. Develop custom
Apex ,
Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and
API integrations
to support business logic and data flow. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications and troubleshoot complex issues in production. Implement best practices for code management, testing, and CI/CD within Salesforce environments. Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years of Salesforce development experience. Proven expertise with
Agentforce ,
Omni-Channel routing , and
Service Cloud
implementations. Strong hands‑on experience with
Salesforce Flow ,
Flow Builder , and
Flow Orchestration . Working knowledge of
Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform)
and real‑time data integration. Proficiency in
Apex ,
Lightning Web Components (LWC) ,
SOQL , and
API development . Familiarity with
Salesforce security ,
governance limits , and
deployment best practices . Experience with
CI/CD
tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins) and
Agile
