Job Description Summary The Mechanical Construction Assistant Project Manager for the San Diego CA location has the following duties which include safety of field personnel assigned to the projects, field labor productivity, quality assurance and coordination, project financial projections and reporting, material, and equipment procurement, change order management, owner/client relations, project cash flow, and personnel management. Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed plans, and programs. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE To perform this job successfully, the individual must have 5-7 years construction work-related experience and/or bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have organisational skills in handling & archiving technical data.
