We are a well-established general contractor based in the DFW area delivering ground-up commercial projects across Texas. With a strong pipeline of K-12 developments, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of upcoming school projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a great opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented leader who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and takes pride in delivering high-quality educational facilities.

Base Pay Range

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

Lead K-12 ground-up construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Oversee preconstruction activities including budgeting, scheduling, and scope development.

Collaborate closely with field teams to coordinate construction activities and maintain quality standards.

Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and project documentation.

Monitor and manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts to ensure profitability.

Drive regular communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.

Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and professional work environment.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience managing ground-up K-12 construction projects with a General Contractor.

Strong understanding of preconstruction and construction processes.

Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, and general Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
