Scientist/Sr. Research Associate – ESI Multiplex assays/Flow Cytometry Yoh presents an excellent long‑term Internal Laboratory Testing Coordinator opportunity with a trusted, long‑term client located in Waltham, MA.

Scientist/Sr. Research Associate – ESI Multiplex assays/Flow Cytometry Scientist/Sr. Research Associate

The Yoh resource is expected to apply expertise across several areas in support of Sanofi Vaccines R&D Global Immunology function developing innovative vaccine solutions for infectious diseases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute complex immunological experiments to evaluate vaccine candidates

Analyze immune responses using state‑of‑the‑art techniques including multiparameter flow cytometry, ligand‑binding, and cell‑based assays

Support optimization of the automation of protocols and testing of the samples in automated immune assays as needed

Develop novel immunological assays to support vaccine development programs

Generate, analyze, visualize, and interpret scientific data sets, record experimental procedures and raw and analyzed data in electronic laboratory notebook

Author technical reports, SOPs, and contribute to regulatory submissions as required

Prepare and present findings to internal stakeholders

Provide technical guidance to junior team members as required

Collaborate within immunology and cross‑functional teams across R&D

Comply with the company HSE policies and minimize risk to self, others, and the environment, consistent with the community and industry standards.

Required Responsibilities

Expertise in cellular and molecular immunology techniques

Proven experience with:

Spectral flow cytometry or flow cytometry with primary mammalian cells

Primary cells isolation and culture

Immunological assays development and implementation (ligand binding, multiplex (Luminex, MSD), cell‑based)

Data visualization and analysis

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent documentation and record‑keeping abilities Proficiency in standard laboratory software and data analysis tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Responsibilities

Experience with vaccine development or infectious disease research

Working knowledge of Good Research Practices (GRP) and electronic note booking

Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools (FlowJo, OMIQ, GraphPad Prism, & other)

Experience with automated/semi‑automated platforms/liquid handlers

GDP

GRP, compliance requirements for clinical trial samples

Master’s degree in Immunology, Microbiology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant industry or academia experience

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience

Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred.

Estimated Min Rate: $31.50

Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
