We are recruiting a Treasury Manager for a long‑established, global organization in the RTP area. This hands‑on, collaborative role is within a growing corporate finance team, focused on traditional treasury management and cash operations.
The position offers exposure to global banking, risk management, and structured finance, with strong opportunities for growth as the company continues through a phase of strategic modernization.
Base pay range $135,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage daily cash positioning, borrowing decisions, wire/ACH activity, and internal reporting
Coordinate with AR and cash forecasting teams to ensure timely and accurate cash flow updates
Maintain and optimize centralized documentation for all banking activity, including signatory records, wire templates, and account details
Oversee the administration and compliance of existing debt structures, including an asset‑based lending (ABL) facility
Support global trade financing and working capital initiatives
Serve as the primary owner of treasury‑related SOX documentation and controls
Partner with senior treasury leaders on bank relationship strategy and pricing analysis
Collaborate with AR and Collections leadership on reporting, securitization backup, and liquidity planning
Assist with short‑term and long‑term cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
Monitor and evaluate interest income and expense activity; propose optimization strategies as needed
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in corporate treasury or related finance roles; global or multinational company experience preferred
Strong understanding of cash management processes, debt compliance, and treasury controls
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
Self‑motivated and curious, with a mindset toward continuous improvement
Treasury team is growing, with future upward mobility and project ownership

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
