Implement, debug, and test firmware
on target microcontrollers using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and debuggers.
Collaborate closely with electrical and systems engineers
on new hardware bring-up, I/O validation, and board support packages.
Support vehicle-level testing , including CAN-based communication, diagnostic routines, and functional validation on prototype builds.
Participate in peer code reviews, configuration control, and continuous integration
to maintain software quality and traceability.
Analyze field or production issues , perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Document software design artifacts , including requirements, design notes, test plans, and release records per company and industry standards.
