Role Overview The Senior Manager, Major Account Sales, Enterprise focuses on expanding Brother Mobile Solutions’ (BMS) sales revenue and market share within the target vertical markets of Transportation, Logistics, and Retail. The role works primarily with top‑tier end‑user customers, independent software vendors (ISVs), and reseller or distribution channel partners. The manager develops a sales strategy and business plan to grow BMS sales in the United States, opens new accounts, deepens existing customer relationships, and collaborates with internal teams to meet sales objectives.
Sales Strategy & Account Management
Drive demand at end‑user customers for BMS products, primarily with top‑tier accounts
Gain a specification position with targeted large end‑users, ISVs, distribution, and reseller partners
Create unique go‑to‑market strategies
Develop and execute demand‑generation programs
Build a sales opportunity pipeline
Provide sales, technical and administrative support for the region
Lead sales planning with existing and new channel partners and distributors to meet organizational goals
New Business Development
Lead discovery and development for new Transportation & Logistics markets, applications, and channels
Actively seek new customers, applications, vertical markets, and channel partners for mobile printing
Administration & Reporting
Communicate timely and accurate reporting, forecasts, and updates to management
Track sales results relative to budget, organize data, and report to team members
Analyze assigned segments and provide insights and recommendations to the business
Experience & Qualifications Education
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Master’s Degree, MBA, or related field (preferred)
Experience
8+ years as a “hunter” sales professional with demonstrated results in creating new and expanding existing opportunities; end‑user sales experience in technology‑based solutions such as hardware, services, and integrated solutions
3+ years selling to Major Accounts in the Enterprise market (Transportation, Logistics, Retail)
Software/Technical Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Ability to navigate large, complex organizations to create sales opportunities and understand decision‑making processes
Strong hunter mentality for new customers and opportunities
Identify market needs and propose solutions with a strong value proposition
Provide input on demand‑generation activities such as trade shows, advertising, web presence, press releases, and digital marketing
Create and present sales and marketing strategy presentations
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, exhibiting a customer‑centric focus
Knowledge of AIDC market and experience selling into the Enterprise market
Additional Details for This Role This role is remote and field‑based; a fixed office schedule is not expected.
Base Salary The targeted base salary range is $125,000 – $145,000 per year, determined by education, experience, skills, and market data.
Additional Compensation
31 % sales bonus in annual total at 100% of target, with potential to exceed 100% based on individual performance and company alignment with sales and bonus plans
6 % bonus at 100% of target, with potential to exceed 100% based on company performance
Optional auto allowance paid monthly to support vehicle expenses, in addition to company travel and entertainment policies
