Job responsibilities
Conduct macroeconomic analysis of the U.S. economy and produce regular research and deep-dive reports
Project economic developments and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Organize and lead investor events, maintaining and building external relationships
Collaborate across regions and teams to deliver comprehensive economic research
Communicate findings through business writing and presentations for research publications
Analyze macro and fundamental drivers of covered economies
Contribute to a diverse set of internal and external client engagements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ph.D. in economics
1-5 years’ experience in macroeconomic analysis of the U.S. economy
Demonstrated proficiency in econometrics
Solid written and oral communication skills
Experience with business writing and communication for research publications
Intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in the financial services industry or economic policy organizations
Experience collaborating across regions and teams
Ability to organize and lead investor events and maintain external relationships
Experience producing research for diverse audiences
