Job Summary Chartwells Higher Ed seeks a dynamic, growth‑minded DIRECTOR DINING SERVICES to oversee campus dining operations. The role requires daily leadership of food service operations, team management, client relationship building, profitability stewardship, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to create nutritious, high‑quality food for students.
Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Chartwells marketing and culinary teams.
Act as liaison between Chartwells, school administration, staff, students, and the community.
Preferred Qualifications
A.S. or equivalent experience.
Three to five years of foodservice management experience.
College/university dining experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Financial and business acumen.
Excellent communication skills.
