What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet evolving business needs
Design and implement scalable technical solutions following a “configuration-before-code” philosophy
Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data consistency and integrity
Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and custom applications to enhance user experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development methodologies
Proficient in Salesforce configuration and development, including flows and validation rules
Experience building Lightning Web Components, APEX classes, and triggers
Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud concepts and Agentforce or other AI‑driven Salesforce tools
Experience connecting Salesforce with other enterprise systems and data sources
Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud
