Plant Controller
Fareva is seeking a
Plant Controller
to serve as the financial lead for our Richmond, VA manufacturing site. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of plant financials while partnering with operations, supply chain, and corporate finance to drive performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting for the plant
Lead cost accounting, variance analysis, and inventory management
Support operations with data‑driven financial insights and capital project analysis
Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal control standards
Partner with leadership to improve cost efficiency and accountability
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred)
7+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in plant or manufacturing roles
Expertise in standard costing, inventory, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
