Lead Maintenance Technician - New Lease-up Downtown Miami High-Rise in Miami

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and assist with maintenance service requests, unit turns, general repairs, and housekeeping.
Hand‑on maintenance of property including inspections, repairs, and maintenance of interior and exterior spaces.
Install and repair electrical systems and components of industrial machinery and equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance functions and record findings in maintenance logs.
Provide on‑call emergency service as required.
Co‑operate with maintenance staff to keep grounds clean and free of trash and debris.
Monitor mechanical equipment such as water heaters, HVAC units, etc.
Diagnose malfunctioning appliances and replace damaged or broken wires and cables.
Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and install sensing devices.
Ideal Candidate
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years hands‑on apartment maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift and work with heavy equipment.
Valid driver’s licence, good driving record, and auto insurance.
EPA Universal and HVAC certification; CPO.
