Job Description As a Senior Associate within the Portfolio Analytics & Reporting team, you will work directly with top-tier commercial real estate private equity investment firms, acting as a strategic bridge between investment professionals and accounting teams. You will support a wide range of services designed to streamline quarterly reporting and provide clients with accurate and reliable performance metrics.
What You’ll Do
You’ll assist in quarterly investment valuations by gathering data, preparing and reviewing models, and producing valuation summaries.
You’ll prepare performance metrics for investor communications and fundraising materials to support strategic decision-making.
You’ll support audits and financial reporting by organizing documentation, responding to auditor requests, and ensuring timely deliverables.
You’ll monitor fund liquidity and capital availability through tracking projections, credit lines, and cash balances.
You’ll collaborate across teams and drive improvements by working with stakeholders and optimizing processes through technology integration.

Qualifications
You have 2–5 years of experience in real estate, finance, private equity, public accounting, or fund administration.
You bring strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in portfolio analytics, data management, and advanced Excel functions.
You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and may also have a CPA, MBA, or CFA designation.
You excel in client service and teamwork, communicating professionally and accepting feedback constructively.
You manage multiple projects with precision, staying organized, meeting deadlines, and producing high‑quality, detail‑oriented work.
