Experience in tilt‑up and/or structural concrete wall panel systems; experience in "Big Box" retail projects is also a plus.
Proven experience producing complete, comprehensive sets of construction drawings suitable for permitting and construction phases.
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate all relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil) throughout the development of the construction drawing set.
Responsibilities
Complete business development (marketing) activities as assigned to secure client business.
Oversee staff assigned to the project team, train, mentor, direct, and coach.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients to satisfy client needs and ensure continued business.
Create proposals, forecast revenue and resources, as well as consultant needs.
Oversee all projects, project reporting, and properly manage project budgets.
Act as a primary referral/resource with other PMDG employees and/or outside consultants.
Provide the technical expertise and assistance to staff as required.
Ensure all assigned projects are completed to the company’s quality standard level(s).
Additional Requirements
8 – 10 years industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years supervising others.
Licensed Architect, though not required.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others.
Must be able to clearly communicate verbally and in writing in English.
Must be an excellent company ambassador at all times.
Must possess excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Must be able to perform and comprehend business calculations, spatial comprehension, and understand financial/operational reports.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record.
Must possess a working knowledge of Office Suite products.
