Description We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused
HR & Talent Partner
to join our growing global team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to
own both recruiting and HR operations
for our US team, and grow into a broader People role over time. You’ll support our US managers and employees day-to-day, lead hiring efforts for multiple roles, and help us bring Astrix’s culture and employee experience to life across the region.
About the role Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM US-based roles across all teams.
Partner with hiring managers to define needs and shape recruitment strategies
Source and engage strong candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
Own candidate communications and ensure a smooth, engaging process
Maintain accurate data and reports in the ATS
HR Generalist & People Partner
Act as the go-to HR contact for the US team - supporting employees and managers
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Partner with the global HR team on engagement, culture, and people programs
Support HR projects related to employee engagement, culture, and systems
Coordinate benefits, payroll, and compliance with local vendors
Help plan and execute employee events, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements
4+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations roles
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.).
Strong understanding of the U.S. talent market and compensation trends, US employment laws, and HR processes.
Exceptional sourcing skills using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, niche platforms, etc.).
Proven experience recruiting and supporting high-growth startups or dynamic tech environments. Cybersecurity is a plus.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
Experience using ATS systems (Comeet, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience working cross-functionally with global teams is a plus.
The annual compensation for this role is expected to range between $120,000–$150,000, including base salary and equity, depending on experience and qualifications.
