The Director of Operations serves as the critical bridge between executive strategy and day-to-day property management operations. This leader ensures operational excellence across the company's property portfolio by aligning business objectives with investor goals, driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to translate growth vision into systems, processes, and accountability measures that scale.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize property management operations, aligning practices with ownership and investor objectives
Ensure all properties meet safety, maintenance, and regulatory standards while overseeing capital projects and budgets
Drive operational efficiency through technology adoption, process improvements, and vendor management
Mentor and develop high-performing property and facilities teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
Partner with executive leadership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and smooth integration of new properties
Support tenant relations, retention strategies, and lease compliance to maintain strong client satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in property management or real estate operations
Proven success overseeing multi-site property portfolios (industrial, commercial, or mixed-use preferred)
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving operational efficiency
Deep understanding of property management systems (AppFolio, Yardi, ReThink, etc.) and KPI reporting
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution
