What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience for our clients. Responsibilities include:
Preparing accurate and complete insurance applications using underwriting info provided by the producer
Collaborating daily with the Commercial Lines Manager on key deadlines and ongoing projects
Coordinating with internal service teams to ensure timely, client-focused execution
Supporting marketing efforts alongside your assigned Account Executive, including market selection and outreach
Following up with carriers for quotations and ensuring timely proposal development
Creating and revising proposals per Account Executive direction and producer/client meetings
Verifying consistency between submissions, quotes, and final proposals
Assisting producers with binder issuance and obtaining client sign-offs
Managing certificate issuance, invoicing, and policy checks
Reviewing endorsements for accuracy and processing auto ID cards
What You Bring to the Table
Active Property & Casualty license in the state of Virginia
Experience managing commercial insurance accounts
Will train someone from Personal Lines who is interested in learning commercial lines insurance
Bilingual in Spanish (required)
Licensed - Property & Casualty Insurance required
Experience with AMS360 is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
